Principle

The conscientious handling of personal data and their protection is a top priority for Ason. Ason respects the privacy and personality of Internet users who access the company's website and, in this context, undertakes to process any personal data collected when using its website in accordance with data protection regulations and in strict compliance with the law.

Disclaimer of Liability

Ason cannot accept any liability for the correctness, accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the content. Liability claims due to damage incurred in connection with the use of the published information are excluded.

In principle, our website can be used without providing any personal data. For some functions, however, we use technologies that have to process certain data in order to be able to develop their benefits. In the following, we will discuss these services and the respective use of the data in detail.

Contact Forms

The general contact forms integrated on our website generate an email from the data you have provided to the responsible recipient, who uses the information to process your request. Your data will be treated confidentially. Anonymized data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to deal with the matter.

Cookies

A “cookie” is a small text file that is stored directly on the user's computer. The content often only comprises a short string of characters that allows our server to recognize you when you visit again in order to facilitate the use of the website.

You can independently manage your security settings in the browser used and thereby block, delete or deactivate the cookies used, whereby certain Ason tools may no longer be fully usable.

Linkedin

Although our website contains links to so-called “social media”, no data is transmitted to these services as we do not use any external plug-ins from social media providers. Only when you click on such a link do you contact the relevant service by calling up the page. From then on, the provisions of the respective provider apply.

The applicable data protection provisions of LinkedIn are available at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy/. The LinkedIn cookie policy can be found at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/cookie-policy/.

YouTube

We have occasionally embedded videos on our pages that use the player of the YouTube Internet portal. The display of the page causes the browser to download the player from YouTube, which means that YouTube, a subsidiary of Google, is aware of the page and video viewed - regardless of whether the video is being played or not.

The data protection regulations published by YouTube, which are available at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/, provide information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google.

Data Storage and Statistics

As with every connection to a web server, the server of our hosting logs and stores certain technical data. This includes the IP address and the operating system of your device, the date and time of access, the type of browser and the origin of the request. This is necessary for technical reasons in order to make our website available to you. Your details are always transmitted in encrypted form (https). Our partner uses various technical and organizational measures to protect the data from unauthorized access and does not pass it on to third parties.

For statistical purposes, the same information is anonymously saved and evaluated by Google Analytics. This gives us information about the use of our offers and can optimize them in a targeted manner. Google Analytics uses its own cookie to ensure the assignment of usage data.

If you do not want your website activities to be available for Google Analytics, you can install the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics [Link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/181881?hl=en ]. This prevents the JavaScript running on websites (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing activity data with Google Analytics.
Furthermore, the data subject has the option of objecting to the collection of the data generated by Google Analytics relating to the use of this website as well as the processing of this data by Google and to prevent this. To do this, the person concerned must download and install a browser add-on under the link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The analysis of data by other tools of the website owner is not prevented when you use the add-on. Data can still be sent to the website or to other web analysis services.
Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Google can be found at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html. Google Analytics is explained in more detail under this link https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/analytics/.
